Software as a Service (SaaS) means we host and operate reflex plus® in a highly available German data center. All you need is Internet access and a terminal device (PC, notebook or thin client). All services such as data backup, database administration, provision, availability, virus protection, hardware maintenance, operating system, reliability and access protection are provided by us. The monthly SaaS fees also include the costs for user support (hotline) as well as installation, integration and training costs.
